Warranty & Claim Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

  • We provide 1 year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use from the date of arrival at your Port  of Discharge.


2. Scope of Warranty

  • It covers defects such as structural damage, manufacturing flaws, and faulty materials or craftsmanship.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, alterations, and improper assembly are not covered under this warranty.

  • It does not cover damage due to improper storage or transportation by you or your customers.


3. Warranty Resolution

  • If the claim is deemed valid, we will, at our discretion, replace the defective furniture part or component.

  • If the claim is a minor aesthetic imperfection and does not affect the usage of the product, we will provide a credit note of up to 10% of the product value and no replacement will be provided.


4. Warranty Claim Process

  • To make a warranty claim, we will require the PI number, Product Model, and photos or videos of the defects.

  • Our team will evaluate the claim and may require additional information or documentation to process the claim.
